Can he keep her safe

Luke has just been given a new assignment but the only thing is Brianna is the one that he has being looking for. Brianna doesn't know the truth she thinks that she is helping Luke and his company with a new campaign. Luke needs to keep her safe as there is someone out there that wants to hurt her long last father. Luke is trying to think that his time with Brianna is not serious but he has realised that he wants forever but he knows that he can't keep her safe if he is distracted if already lost one woman in his life this way. Brianna knows that she can't just walk away from Luke even if he has lied to her. Who wants to take Brianna and will Luke be able to save her. This is the second book that I have read in the series Luke and his sister are two amazing people that will everything to keep the people they love safe. Can't wait to see what is next. A really nice well written story that keeps you turning the page.

Her Billionaire Bodyguard Bridegroom is a romance with high emotional tension and intensity. Yet it has some sweet and tender moments as well. Author Lisa Weaver brought this shimmering and sensational story filled with enough chemistry and tension to satisfy a reader and make her escape.

Highly recommended for all readers of romance.

What a wonderful fast paced little contemporary love story by Ms. Lisa Weaver. I just loved the intrigue the suspense and I usually don’t read a lot of contemporary romantic suspense not because I don’t like them it is just hard to find ones that are interesting enough for me to stay with the story. In this case the book has a good steady pace interesting plot twists and great character development despite the short length no wonder I nominated it for kindle scout everything about the book just pulled me in and didn’t let up until the very last page.
Luke Reynolds first spies Brianna skinny dipping and swimming in his pond unable to resist her charms he kisses her Brianna scared of being discovered flees the scene thinking she can forget about Luke and he about her. Unfortunately Luke covertly is assigned to work with Brianna and protect her at the same time as a bodyguard.
I just loved Luke wow what a hero! Yes he’s a total alpha James Bond type of guy but what is there not to like about him he’s hot handsome charming works as not only a bodyguard and he’s rich. So it was easy to crush on him. Brianna the poor little unknown rich heiress heroine there was just something about her. I didn’t like the fact that she repeatedly ran from Luke or that she never could be honest with him. Yes Luke wasn’t totally honest with Brianna but considering his line of work well I guess I could forgive him for that. I did want a little bit more descriptions of the whole family relationship between Brianna and her father but really it was adequate for what it was. I also really liked Donovan and was a little upset how Brianna treats and what she does to him I do hope he gets a story soon too. I still enjoyed reading this and will reread it again that’s why I rated the book four stars, can recommend it and will get more books from Ms. Weaver!

Stuff about King Tut than you never imagined existed

Collins books are not easy reading, but they give you more information than you will get anywhere else, research that others have not done and offers information you will not find elsewhere.

Like most researchers of biblical era work, he offers a tentative route for the Exodus that is speculation. if you want the real deal on the Exodus route you have to go to Howard Blum.

Interesting, But Not Totally Believable

This is an interesting new angle on the Tutankhamun story. Supposedly Howard Carter found some papyri in the tomb shortly after its discovery. These papyri supposedly contained new information on the early history of the Jewish people. And supposedly this information would place in doubt the historic claim of the Jewish people to the land of Israel.
On one level this is a rather entertaining book because its an archaeological mystery story with sidelights into the occult. On a deeper level it doesn't really hold much water. Regardless of the origin of the ancestors of the Jewish people (and this book has some intriguing material on that subject) nothing can deny that Jews did live in Israel/Judea for many hundreds of years.
Furthermore, thinking about those papyri, the authors can give very little real evidence that they ever really existed, or if they did,that they really contained the explosive material the authors maintain they did.
So, the book is well written, contains some interesting archaeological information on the early history of the Jews and their religious beliefs, and also provides some previously unknown (at least to me) insights into the occult beliefs of Lord Carnarvon and others involved in the tomb's discovery. But as to how accurate it is, and how much stock to place in its theories, I'm much less willing to state an opinion. Buy it if you like mysteries, but look elsewhere for serious archaeological/historical analysis

Awesome book! Buy it

Buy this book before any other Thermo books.The best introductory book on Thermodynamics.

I have recently read Thermo for Dummies and it is probably the best thermo introductory text out there. Dummies is only 339 pages and a very readable explanation of thermo. The examples are very good, practical and clear. For an under grad who has no intro to thermo buy this book hand down.This book will take from being a Dummy to top of your class. Bravo, Professor Pauken well done.

Pauken lacks practice problems but is very clear and readable and the examples more than make up for the lack of problems. I would by Schaum's or equal for the problems and this one for the explanation of thermo.

I also like CRC's Thermo book by Ka Fu Wong. It is more geared for the practicing engineer but an under grad would have little problem understanding it.

I have also read Cengal and Morans books are very good and readable but long.

As an undergrad I was tortured with Von Wheelan and Sontag in a wash out class. It turned so many young engineers off to Thermo which is shame for the United States. We need every new engineer we can turn out. This book should help turn the tide.

Again Bravo, Prof Pauken a great book.

Thermodynamics for Dummies

I found this book very helpful. I need to read certain thermodynamic facts that other people would think don't need to be stated because they're too obvious. This books states the obvious, and because of this, I was able to understand the subject better. For instance, in thermodynamics, they discuss heat engines. I never made the connection that the engine in my car is a heat engine. I figured the spak plug ignites the fuel/air mixture and that pushes the piston down, I didn't understand how it's a heat engine. This book explains that the spark plug ignighting the fuel/air mixture is the heat in (Qin) part of the cycle and that it's a heat engine. Now I understand.

I also didn't understand how air-conditioning works, now I do.

I didn't understand what enthalpy was, now I do.

I didn't understand how to use entropy, now I do.

I'm still trying to understand the difference between a gas and a vapor, but this book has helped in that regard too.

Thermo explained...

The book takes you through much of what I was supposed to learn in a first semester Thermodynamics class and just was not clearly explained. I wish I had had it then. With this book, some basic Algebra, Chemistry, Physics, and such you can go a long way toward getting that engineering degree you always wanted.

Perfect addition to the family!

I've gotta be honest... I wasn't sure how I was gonna feel about this one... I'm not normally a fan of m�nage relationships. Not to mention, I absolutely adore Steve and Joey, I wasn't sure how this was gonna happen without it taking away something from one or the other of these two amazing characters that I've been in love with since the third book. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't stand Steve in the second book, but by the second page of the third, he's been one of my absolute favorites! So, even if you don't like the m/m/m aspect, give this one a try anyway, I promise you'll feel like Steve and Joey are more complete with Adam.

Adam used to work with Joey at Paddles, but left as soon as Topher was gone and he was free... Joey always cared a lot about Adam and thought about him often, as did Adam, Adam was in love with Joey and hoped one day to find him and maybe have something with him. Instead, he left Paddles and into an abusive relationship, when he ran away and was a caterer at Vinnie and Chances wedding (which I still am gushing over, YAY) he runs into Joey, but is scared of Steve and maybe a little jealous of the love they share. Adam is homeless since leaving his abusive relationship and we know how much Steve and Joey like to help people... So, when Joey finds Adam out in the cold rain on a park bench, of course he brings him home. My heart breaks for Adam several times throughout this story... by the end, you'll know Adam needs them just as much as they need him!

Steve knows Joey had feelings for Adam and it's obvious, Adam feels something for Joey, but Steve isn't threatneded, he starts to care for Adam too. It's sweet and romantic and slow building. They have to get Adam to trust them and how they take care of him....There was no jealousy or questioning it simply was what it was. That is so hard to do, as a reader, and someone who gets unhealthy invested in fictional relationships lol I was really worried this would mess up how perfect their relationship was. You'll just have to read it for yourself... if you've read anything from this author, especially this series....you know that everything is perfect in the end. That's no different with these three. Their relationship is beautiful and healing and Adam is the perfect addition to their family! I loved it!

Three is not a crowd!

OMG I loved this book. I have read all of the books in this series, and was pleasantly suprised with the turn of events in Choosing Us! Aria took the usual love story and added extra the pleasure with a third member! The story had the sadness of one man's broken spirit, and the happiness of him finding love with two of our much loved characters. The nurturing nature of these men gets me every time. Love Love Love!

MS. Grace's "More Than Friends" series definitely sucked me in! She does an amazing job of character development; taking a character (Steve) who I wouldn't have stopped for in a crosswalk in her second book in the series (Drunk in Love) to a man that I could see healing in her third book (Choosing Happy) to someone I'd welcome into the family in "Choosing Us". (tenth in the series). I was a little skeptical about the premise when I started this one - "non-traditional" (read as three way) relationship stories don't usually balance well. This is a definite exception. The disparity between the personalities of the men involved, in my opinion, makes it work. Like almost all of her work - steamy and well written!
